Do you remember seeing those sexy black and white ads where a girl is laying on a bed with a white comforter and her very sexy boyfriend, shirtless of course, is painting her toe nails? I always remember wondering, “do guys really do that?” And I also remember wondering why the photo was so appealing [...]

It seems like only yesterday that I was on my way home from the hospital, riding in the back of my two-door coupe because we had yet to invest in our family sedan, while watching my newborn daughter sleep in her carseat next to me.
I do not have to try very hard to remember how [...]

What feels like a million years ago I was a regular poster on a message board for my very favorite author at the time. I had read and re-read all of her books a gazillion times and still never seemed to get enough of the characters or their stories. One day I stumbled upon the [...]

Writer’s Block?

I haven’t been much in the mood to write about anything in the past week. I know, its unlike me to go so long without some blog but really – I cannot think of anything to say. Doubtless, now that I have put my block down in permanent digatal scripture in this manner something will [...]

I may have said this before – but I think you have to kind of lose your mind a little when you become a parent. Maybe its just a first time parent thing? Moms and Dads of “more than one” – let me know! Seriously, you have to let go of some of what you [...]
